Filing a DMCA Takedown Request
If you are a copyright holder (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on Misskon.Us infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information:

We take all valid takedown requests seriously and aim to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your name, address, and email address
- Identification of the removed content and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringer Policy
Misskon.Us maintains a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers. Content that is the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices will be permanently removed.
